Absolutely, its called Sympathy Sickness. When a couple gets pregnant all the emotions that the woman feels from start to finish are taken in by the male. It is something that happens to only the closest of couples though. Not every male has it in him to let the angst of a woman affect them because they think its not manly. If you ask me it is more of a man that feels the pain with his woman than not. It shows that he has a beautiful soft sensitive heart. it's possible, it's called synthetic pregnancy, or something that sounds like that. It's fairly rare though.

If I am correct, men can get what they think are symptoms of pregnancy, but really they are just worried about there pregnant girlfriend or wife or partner... But literally, men can not get real symptoms of being pregnant because they are not female. hope this helped!!
