Push ups work primarily on your "pecs" but as you continue to work-out, you will notice an increase in strength in your bi-cep area as well. There are a number of variations to push-ups as well - which can target specific areas of your "pecs", developing specific muscle zones. Pick up a "Mens Health" magazine sometime, and you will certainly find some tips on how to use these exercises. Great magazine for this kind of information.
Uh, I think they make them large, rather then big, But curls willl help the most, but you gotta get protein,fat,mass (etc.) and then turn it into muscle before any bulking happens. Hope this helps
pull ups is a great compound excercise..it is used as a back excercise and works biceps and forearms too..a similar to it but taking some of the pressure from the lats and middle back and pressing the biceps more is chin ups(palms facing at you)...for only isolating biceps you should ALONG with these have some curling movements...(dumbells or barbells)
