Diabetes effects your life tremendously. You can no longer eat the same food that you eat everyday because you have to maintain a certain blood sugar level. When you exercise, your muscles use sugar for energy. Regular physical activity also improves your body's response to insulin. These factors work together to lower your blood sugar level. The more strenuous your workout, the longer the effect lasts. So having diabetes would effect mainly your diet and your day to day activities

Type one diabetes will affect your body in many ways. The main effect is that your pancreas will stop working. That means the hormones insulin and glucagon are not working, which are the hormones in the pancreas.

Because of that, you will need to give yourself insulin shots to lower your bloodsugar and glucagon in emergencies (when you have extremely low bloodsugar).

Type one Diabetes for me it really does not bother me because I learn to control it and I do many things to help it improve like giving myself five needles a day of insulin to help my body control the sugar that I am puting into my body by eating the wrong types of foods such as : Chocolate, Chips, and candy................ So don't let Type one diabetes control your life and be a Mr. Positive (Nick Jonas).
