In my young day it was quoted as 98.4 Fahrenheit. Actually each individual person will vary slightly.

Usually 98.6, you have a mild fever when your body temp is 99.6-100.9 degrees.

And a little slight fever if your body temp is 99.0 - 99.5 after 6pm, or before 2pm.

Your lowest body temperature of the day occurs around sunrise, and your highest occurs at around 3pm.

To find out your normal temp, take your temp when you are feeling well at 6am and 3pm. Add the two temps together and divide the sum by two. For example your body temp could be 98.0 at 6am, and 99.4 at 3pm, normal for that example would be 98.7.

Also your body temp is usually warmer in the summer months, than in the winter months.
