No. The length of YOUR penis is exacly right for YOU. Everybody is different and so are the lengths of their penises. The length of your penis will change as you go continue to go through puberty. Most boys penis don't avtually stop growning until they are around 19 years of age. But at the end of the day, whatever length your penis is you'll find that perfectly suited for whatever you want to use it for. As the old saying goes "It's not how long it is, it's how you use it that mattters."
