Pregnant didn't know it . It could be your body wanting to have it's period but it can't because you pregnant or miscarrying

∙ 12y agoNot really. Typically your ovulation "toggles" between the two ovaries and so your period may be lighter or heavier depending. Spotting or cramping comes later.
