I don't want to scare you, but heed the following: Back ache with pain into both legs could be an aneurysm of the abdominal aorta, the main artery that carries blood from the heart, through the abdomen, and into the legs. An aneurysm is a weakening of the wall of the artery, allowing the involved area to dilate (like blowing up one of those long skinny balloons). If the aneurysm dilates enough, it can rupture and survival is measured in the time it takes a surgeon to diagnose and get you to the operating room. There can also be a growth involving the uterus that can cause symptoms similar to what you describe... My suggestion... See a doctor!
