Your symptoms of pregnancy will usually appear anywhere from the first week of your expected period to 1-2 weeks after your first week of expected period. Your first signs of pregnancy most commonly include missed period, tender/swollen breasts, change in color of the breasts, fatigue, nausea/vomiting, increased sense of smell, and weight gain. actually.... my girlfriend is 3 months pregnant right now.. she experienced mild headaches.. frequent urination and a slight to non existent nausea ----------------------------------------------- During the first 2 weeks of pregnancy, symptoms are really light (sometimes even non-existent for some). Once an ovum is fertilized it travels down the fallopian tube and implants into the uterine wall. Keep in mind this takes 5-8 days. After which the egg starts multiplying (very slowly). So after 14 days, you might experience some grogginess, mood changes, and difference in stress levels but nothing else too physically draining. Morning sickness doesnt occur until 1-1.5 months after pregnancy.

There are a lot of things to your questions that should be cleared up. First of all, most women do not find out they are pregnant until week 4. This is because, doctors technically consider the first week of pregnancy to be the week of your last period. Week 2 is the week that conception occurs (when the egg is fertilized by the males sperm). Week 3 that one egg that was successfully fertilized, is still dividing into about 500 microscopic cells. Week 4 is when the egg actually implants itself into your uterus and is an embryo. (For a picture of each week-by-week of pregnancy, go to www.3dpregnancy.com). You will have to wait at least 14 days after intercourse to even find out if you are pregnant through any kind of pregnancy test. My symptoms were different from my first pregnancy to my second. During the first my breast were extremely sensitive( i coul not hug anyone) and my uterus seemed contracted all the time. My second my breast were not so sore, but the nausea kicked in. Just so you know symptoms are very different for each peron and for each pregnancy.

You do not develop symptoms until being 2 weeks pregnant. And even then symptoms may not show at all. I would wait until 6 weeks to take a pregnancy test. Good Luck.
