Because you probably crossed your legs or had something on top of it to cut off the blood circulation to your leg, so when you uncrossed them the blood flowed back and it just naturally tingles/burns like that.
it may be a cut off of blodd circulation which gives you that numb, tingly feeling or as people say for example "my leg fell asleep"
