Try to put positive thoughts into your mind, and try to block your heart breaker out of your thoughts. If thinking about your heart breaker will only make you sad, then do not think about him/her.

Try participating in some activities that will help your recover with some of your friends to bring positive memories into your life.

The important thing when your heart is broken is to let go, and move on.
