Muscles move by contracting. Contraction of muscles makes them shorter and thicker which causes them to pull on the bone or part of the body that they are attached to, therefore making it move.
In order to move, muscles pull on the joints to pull the bones and let them move.
It controls and coordinate the activities of the body.
Body muscles
Energy make things move by empowering the muscles. The muscles will then coordinate and facilitate the movement of joints and other organs.
The body has more skeletal muscles.
There are three types of muscles found in the human body. The muscles found in the body are the visceral, cardiac, and skeletal muscles.
The muscles which allow you to extend your wrist and flare your fingers are the flexor muscles in the wrist and the prime movers in the fingers. These muscles will coordinate to adduct the wrist and the fingers.
There are 640 muscles or over 600 muscles in the human body
Of course the brain and the whole nervous system helps to coordinate the body.
