He will first also confirm the pregnancy.In the US you can have an abortion up to the 20th week but not all states perform it. After that it's only for health reasons.

No age limit. If you can get pregnant you can have an abortion. There can't be a law that says it's OK for adults to have an abortion but we should force our kids to have the babies they don't want. As a minor you might have to get the notice or consent from a parent though but if they don't want to sign you can get one anyway through the courts. Legally it's your choice and not theirs.
