I wish I could give you an easy answer. You don't say how many weeks along you are. It stops in most women at 14-16 weeks, but can continue for a few.
Try not to get up too quickly. Eat little and often, whatever you can face. If you can't face food at all, do please keep sipping water, even if it comes up again, to avoid dehydration. Rest all you can. Avoid greasy foods and strong smells and tight clothes. Perfume used to make me feel worse.
If it really is getting too much for you, tell the doctor. He may be able to prescribe something safe in pregnancy.

Your doctor can probably give you some meds, but try smelling a lemon :)
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) is one thing Obstetricians recommend for pregnancy related nausea. 25-50mg twice a day is the usual dose.
Unisom (dicyclomine) is another thing recommended by Obstetricians.
Ginger can help with pregnancy related nausea.
Some women find any bubbly/sugary drink will help with nausea.
Ginger, crackers, crisp bread. It differs between women as well. All my friend could eat was Cocktail fruit in a can and McDonalds cheeseburgers. But crisp bread come in many flavors and have no calories and ginger is great for morning sickness.
Taking ginger root during pregnancy can help relieve nausea and indigestion during pregnancy. I am not sure about vomiting but it may be worth a try.
Anti-morning sickness medication is available from your family doctor or health centre- just book an appointment and ask for a prescription.
