Well, think of your muscles like your "businesses". Each muscle is a business you have been born with to make "money". So if a business grows weak, in muscles, a weak business can only get worse or get better. But once a muscle goes out of business, that's the end of it. The muscle fibers lost, can never be gained back...But! If you still have muscle, you can strengthen it like a struggling business, by working harder, working out, using them more than usual. If you leave them weak, they will over time, and quite quickly, shrink (atrophy), and the deterioration of muscles is very bad. You must keep what you have and make it stronger, because once it's gone, it's gone. :) Hope that helped.
well soon your bones will get weak and fragile and it would be easier for bones to brake
The limitations of having weak bones is that you can break your leg or hand far to easily. And it can happen repeatedly.
Your bones will become weak and break easily.
weak bones that bones that are very fragile means that they are very weak or easily breakable.
Our bones will get weak if our calcium intake is very small. Getting little amount of vitamin D can also cause our bones to get weak.
You can get shorter as a result of weak bones if the vertebrae in the spine collapse.
You would not be able to move those bones and would not be able to do anything.
you would be deaf
we would not be able to walk
Calcium is a very essential nutrient, without it your bones would not be strong, and it strengthens them. And your body needs it for that reason, otherwise your bones would be weak.
