I know when I go see my Dr. they always ask me if I'm dizzy or see spots and that if I feel dizzy at all then I should call them and come in . . . . Dizziness can be a sign of high blood pressure and its not a good thing when your pregnant. Go talk to your Dr. about it.

But Dizzy is something to see your OB man about,
could be dehydration, or together they might be flu.
Don't ignore it.
