The truth is, because of Fluoxetines composition, it very well easily can test positive on a urin test. Im a nurse at the mayo clinic in Jacksonville, i have addministered many a drug test and had much reasearh on the topic. The Fluoxetine/Prozac is a Fluoxetine (Prozac) is Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor (SSRI). Just a simple light anti-depressant. Not an amphetamine like it makes people false positive for.
