If you are undergoing a blood drug test you are most probably fine. If you're taking urine test it would be more of a 50-50%, this because 2,3 days is normal detenction time of heroin in urine, but if you had lots...you maybe slightly above cut off level.
For an hair test it's too early, it would not be detected...if it's been the one and the only assumption.

∙ 13y agoHeroin stays in urine 2-4 days. It's possible you can pass in 2 days. It depends on a lot of factors, the biggest one being your metabolism rate. Best way to get it out of your urine, is drink PLENTY of water. All day long. Exercise. Take a long hot bath. You need to sweat out those toxins. The reality is, your most likely not going to pass in two days. With that being said, dilute your pee by drinking plenty of water before drug test. Make sure you pee 5 times before the test. To add color to your urine so it won't look suspicious..take a B-2 vitamin or a multi-vitamin 1-2 hours before the test. Next time just don't take the risk. Is it really worth all of the worry/anxiety/fear you might have about passing the drug test?

∙ 13y agoheroin should be out of you system in 2-3 days but you really shouldn't smoke it its really, really hard to quit. Not that I've smoked it before but i had a good friend that did he i took his stash and flushed it down the toilet he went nuts.
