Can you take Oxycodone and Klonopin together?

Not aware of serious side-effects, as long as you're not allergic to either medication. Klonopin is usually prescribed for hypertension, but is also used for mild anxiety. Regular over-the-counter strength Tylenol should not have any serious side effects. But, you can always check with any pharmacist, as they are capable of answering a question like this with more clarity. Naturally, consulting your doctor or nurse would be best, but pharmacists are more readily familiar with drug interactions.

They should only be taken under the care of a doctor though. Each by itself can be dangerous.

CLONAZEPAM is a benzodiazepine (like Valium and work on the central nervous system. It is used for panic diorders, sleep disorders, depression and epilepsy.

VICODIN, like Norco, is a narcotic/opioid called hydrocodone. It is used to treat moderate to severe pain.

CYCLOBENZAPRINE is a muscle relaxer also called flexiril, and is also used for sleep disorders, fibromyalgia, and others. Interestingly, it is not currently known exactly how this drug works.

These drugs all cause drowsiness, dizziness, lowered blood pressure and are past through breast milk.

Yes, as long as a doctor prescribed it to you. The clonazepam is a hypnotic anti-anxiety Med and Vicodin can have a sedative reaction so you want to be somewhere that you don't have to drive or do much until you know how you will react to the combination. If they are too much together then you can decide if you are in more pain or anxious. I take clonazepam because I sleep walk and Vicodin for my back and do not have any interactions. As far as the zoloft, they do not conflict at all.

It can be a potentially dangerous combination, but boy oh boy does it make for a lovely and relaxing few hours. In moderation I recommend it for its intended purpose OR recreationally. Good times good times.

Everyone is different. Klonopin may intensify the drowsiness that the vicodin can produce, however they can be safely taken together. Always check with your doctor or pharmacist.
