Neurontin (or Gabapentin) was originally used to treat convulsions/seizures, but over the years, research showed that it was also effective for treating neuropathic pain (i.e. a pinched nerve) and many MD's prescribe Neurontin off-label for that type pain. Not sure about Buspar, but you can take Zoloft and Adivant together as long as it is prescribed that way. Usually your Dr will have you on Zoloft daily and Adivant as needed.
