∙ 11y agoI am guessing you want to know if someone can tell just by looking at you if you've been smoking marijuana. Depends on how observant they are but if you smoke it:
your eyes will be red
your pupils will be large
possibly you will look sleepy
Sometimes people can smell it on you also.
Other than that, it is mostly your behaviour which will tip others off you've been smoking. Or a drug test - remember, it can stay in your system for up to 30 days, sometimes longer.
Also, the long term inhalation of smoke on a regular basis can have the same appearance effects as smoking tobacco products(Yellow teeth, nails, and eyes and increased aging).
