I'm on clindamycin and I'm drinking coffee. There is no food item that is known to either reduce of antagonize the effects of clindamycin. That is not saying that it's a good idea. Clindamycin can cause reflux, coffee can worsen the situation. I would avoid coffee if I already suffered heartburn without clindamycin.
