Unless you have a very high opiate tolerance, it could very possibly kill you. Even most seasoned users never take that much at once. Be careful.
I have friends with very high tolerances that I've seen take 400-500 mg at once. It all depends on what your tolerance is. If you have never taken it before 30mg could put you in the hospital. Everyone's body chemistry is different and so is tolerance.
a friend recently did this. snorted about 80mg tab. stopped breathing.. we did CPR and called ambulance. his alive. effect varies considerably with strength of e as you could imagine...
there are so many. some include, but are not limited to: body aches, flu-like symptoms, sneezing, headaches, insomnia, a restless uncomfortable feeling in your legs, vomiting...

Analgesia.
It depends what you consider side effects, but by most definitions ecstasy.

the same as ecstasy?
It may not be common, but it certainly happens. Ecstasy is a very unpredictable drug.
Essentially it is the same as Ecstasy, without the negative side effects. Molly is pure MDMA, whereas Ecstasy is MDMA cut with coke, meth, dope, caffeine, or anything else imaginable. Molly does not have much of a "come down" but is far harder to locate pure that Ecstasy.
the effects are a crack baby
pain killre
Yes, but each subsequent ecstasy pill will have a less intense effect, can lead to a longer hangover, and increases the risk of side effects. Also, it will cause your serotonin levels to become even more depleted. Ecstasy use like this is believed to increase the risk of damage to serotonin receptors in the brain.
Awesomeness.
Yes, it is called herbal ecstasy. It has the same effects and is very similar to actually E.
