Most US government approved drug tests are 5 panel drug tests, but there are also 6 panel. 5 panel drug tests test for the following drugs: 1) Cannabis(THC), 2) Cocaine, 3) Amphetamines, 4) Opiates such as morphine and codeine, and 5) Benzodiazepines such as Xanax and Klonopin.

There are different types of drug tests, but for your info. drug tests can test for 1)Cannabis(THC), 2) Cocaine, 3) Amphetamines, 4) Methamphetamine,

5) Opiates, 6) Benzodiazepines, 7) LSD, 8) PCP, and 9) MMDA(Ecstacy). Sorry about the misspelling if there is any, but these facts are 100% true.

If you are thinking of your standard, employer-ordered test, then the above answer is sufficient. However, there is a test for virtually every drug, if you know what you are looking for-and you work in a toxicology lab. This doesn't apply to job-required drug screens, but some other substances of "abuse" that I've seen store-bought tests list include steroids, tricyclic antidepressants, oxycodone, and methadone.

there is not a test for your over the counter cough medicines that kids take..!!
