I believe Fentanil is the strongest narcotic (narcotic's are opiods like oxycodone, hydrocodone, etc.) prescribed to humans. The dosage of Fentanyl is measured in micrograms (millionths of a gram) compared to most narcotic pain relievers which are measured in milligrams. It is insanely strong and would almost surely kill anyone that does not have an opiod tollerance, and in small amounts at least make you violently ill. The strongest pain medicine is Carfentanil.
