He had two kids; one by a Persian concubine, Barsine. Barsine's and Alexander's child was Herakles. Herakles died at 17. Another was by his Soghdian wife Roxana. They had a son named Aegos Alexander who was born after Alexander the great's death. Aegos Alexander was assassinated at 13.

Actually, Alexander didn't have any kids. He never married and died of malaria. When he died, there was no heir to take the throne, so thus, he had no children. They land he conquered was eventually divided among Alex's general officials into 4 kingdoms.

Hope that helps :)

and he had a half brother - Philip (King Philip and a Thessalian woman's child)

The brother, Philip had some brain damage possibly inflicted by Olympias. This Philip was the one involved in the Pixodarus affair

At least two - Heracles and Alexander IV. There are vague stories of others, which are believable but unconfirmed; but he had less interest other than getting an heir as he was bi-sexual.
