Did Marco polo go to college?

Marco Polo didn't go to high school. They were not made in the 1200's when he was alive. Most likely he had a private tutor to teach him since his father was a wealthy merchant . He left for China at 17 with his father and uncle. It wasn't until the early 1900's that high schools were started and this was 500 years after Polo.
