Why did Pizarro easily conquer the Inca?

Pizarro and his men brought Smallpox from Spain, a disease that the Inca weren't familiar with. This disease caused a lot of deaths. Also, the weapons that the Inca had were only good for hunting. Even though their weapons were deadly they were no match for what the Spaniards brought. Another reason is that Pizarro made an alliance with many smaller Inca groups. He convinced them to help overthrow the Inca government.
