I just read on this site that the rule of thumb is 2 persons less than the number of pounds of turkey. As an example a 14 lb Turkey should feed 12 people. To verify this answer enter the question: How many people will a 15 lb turkey feed. GMac
The rule of thumb is to cook 2 pounds of turkey for each person. The size of a turkey breast to feed fourteen people would be 24 pounds.
10-12 pounds.
A 6.5 pound turkey will feed 6 adults. The rule with turkey, is there should be 1 lb. of turkey for every adult.
A 7.5 pound turkey breast is not enough to feed 11 people. An 11 pound turkey would be enough to feed 11 adults.
Depends on the size. If its about 25 lbs you need 2 turkeys.
Well if you bought it from the store then it should say on the package how many people it will feed.
Wrong kind of breast silly. Shoot this question over to the knowledgeable folks in recipes and food.
It is possible but it's dangerous for the person to get pregnaunt in the first place at that age
There are approximately 6 serving of turkey in a 6 pound bone in turkey. The turkey should feed about 6 adults.
there are MANY variables, not the least of which is the size of the breast. I have found approximately 6oz per breast is not an unrealistic estimate. assuming your talking boneless breasts, that says you are getting just under 3 breasts per pound. so one could estimate 120 portions, but be sure to allow yourself some margin of error for those variables. bone on will of course be cheaper, but will lower the number of servings per pound. good luck
a pound a person is generous or 1/2 lb if you're on a budget.
chicken nuggets will feed people your age
A 5.5 kg turkey should feed about 12 people. A 5.5 kg turkey weight about 12 pounds, and there should be a pound per person.
An 18-pound turkey will feed quite a few people. 18 pounds should feed about 12 people, with other side dishes being served.
