The highest paying job for a sixteen year old male that i know of is at discount tire. the pay there to start is $10 an hour... and they will even train you!

I've also heard of waiting on tables. Sure the "base pay" is low, but tips makeup for it a great deal sometimes. When my aunt was younger and working at chili's, one time she made $200 in tips for one night! Sure a busy night, but doesn't that sound great!? I'm going for a job like that now and I'm 16.

Maybe you should try babysitting. If that doesnt work try rakking leaves or shoveling snow depending on where you live.You could also mow lawn. That is all I could think of.

AnswerI sppose its what is classified as a good job if you are insistant on leaving school at the age of sixteen i would suggest going in to the construction industary brick laying, plastering etc. you would start out as an apprentice at the start and you wouldn't be getting paid alot of money however if you "finish your time" you will be getting paied quite a good wage and you have also learned an invavuable trade which is alway in demand. alot of technical schools will get out started out along this track and you will get a qualification at the end of it,
