∙ 14y agoAn eviction doesn't necessarily bar you from Section 8, now known as the Housing Choice Voucher Program, unless you were evicted from a public housing project or for an arrest for a drug or violent offense.

∙ 12y agoTerminated from what, your job? If you were terminated from the section 8 housing program then chances are you will not be able to reapply unless you were terminated for specific term, such as five years.

∙ 12y agoI cannot see how a housing authority would allow you receive one of their vouchers when you already hold a voucher and are going through an eviction process. In fact this is probably illegal.
