i'm covering Law and Order in university on a full scholarship, recently i learn about child-line and it is only legal to move out when you are 18. unless you have ID the cancel won't less you a flat, house or land, i suppose you could move into a friends or rent Privately although they expect you to be at least 16 but is very unlikely at a parentage pf 20% but they mostly go to older people at 17 or 18 as they are more reliable and to rent privately you have to make at least 200 a week to reassure them.

altogether the legal age is 18 and if younger you can be prosecuted for fraud and so can the dealer.
