Amendment 6 : The right to a fair and speedy trial, they can't throw you in jail and wait five years before they give you your trial. They also can't abjust your trial because of your race, religion, or income.
Amendment 7 : Gives you the right to a trial by a jury, perventing the judge from being the single decider if you are or are not guilty of the crime you are being charged with.
