Although the idea of it may be a little less than tasteful, nothing will happen to the dog drinking healthy human urine. If the human has some diseases, it is still unlikely the dog would contract anything since most of those would be human specific. However, it is harder to say 100% for sure that nothing will happen under those conditions.
