Not all naturally occurring phenomenon can or should be interpreted as a sign or omen. This is one such case. Most people encounter "wildlife" depending on where they live and how good their powers of observation are. If every creature that you see/encounter had a "significance" you would be so busy interpreting them you wouldn't get anything done EVER.
In some cases, as when the animal is of personal significance to us, or when we have "asked for a sign," the encounters do mean something. In such cases the breed of bird, and its actions need to be taken into consideration.
