It all depends on the condition that the St. Bernard is in. I know a St. Bernard that is 15 going on 16 years old. My St. Bernard is 2 right now. She is in very good shape. If your St. Bernard is healthy, they will live much longer than the expected life span.

Saint Bernards typically live 7-10 years. Mine is quite thin but very healthy and she is now 12. The Bigger saints live a shorter amount of time because the weight stresses their bodies out quite a bit.

they can live upto 10-12 years depending upon the food you give. start with royal canine bay food move to raw meat/raw bones and feed them till 5 years of age. Towards 6-8 years of age give them <12% fat and 32% proteins in their diet to avoid any cardio or bone problems. Most importantly give them calcium everyday. ProCal or Vetcal supplement.
