Well, Obviously if you know you brush your teeth, use deodorant, and speak lightly of the breath, it's not that, and make sure it's not over a "Lying" matter because that's a sign too. It has taken me a while to figure this out. I believe it's a social thing with the other person. Like something in their brain makes them touch their nose because they could see an indifferent nose? There are all kinds of noses. Pointy, Curved, etc. Just ignore it or if you wanna get to the bottom of it, Straight up ask them "What's wrong with YOUR Nose?"
