No, not really. It is very rare for guinea piggies to actually KILL each other. But for male piggies their fights can become violent enough to scratch each other. They can bleed and have scars for life. Females fight too, but not as violently as the male do. Hope this helped! Hope your piggies don't get into a fight!
Bruned guinea pigs and dead guinea pigs.
only if you put them together when there adults if there children and together they wont fight. That has nothing to do with it. Guinea pigs will protect their territory like dogs will. I have two male guinea pigs and they are adults and do not fight what so ever.
dead guinea pigs
* * Good luck!
Not if they fight
No girl guinea pigs do not fight only males that are together will
Sometimes, but if there is two males they always do. That is not true i have too male guinea pigs and they have never fought once. Sometimes guinea pigs fight but don't seperate them because this is natural for them to do. Only seperate them if you think its deadly
It depends on the age of the guinea pigs. There shouldn't be any trouble between the two guinea pigs if they're under three months old and if they're introduced properly. It's also best if the two guinea pigs are watched closely for a little while until it is evident that they both get along with each other.
Every guinea pig has their own personality, it is impossible to tell which guinea pigs they'll get along with and not get along with.
Male guinea pigs may fight due to territorial behavior, hierarchy establishment, or competition for mates. It is important to have enough space, hiding spots, and resources for each guinea pig to help reduce conflicts. Neutering male guinea pigs can also help decrease aggressive behaviors.
no
No, that's a bad idea because they might fight and sometimes,not often though, mother guinea pigs eat anything threatening- horrible. People put rabbits and guinea pigs together but you shouldn't do that either :( hope thet helped I wouldn't. Where guinea pigs are bigger, their more likely to want all the space. Try and get two cages, one for the guinea pig and one for the hampster. But if you want your guinea pig to meet the hampster.... thens that's a different story.
