The pressure associated with flying doesn't impact your clotting or post surgery wounds and flying provided no additional discomfort.
Check with the Oral Surgeon who performed the extractions. Usually if you are not swollen anymore, have no pain, bleeding, or discomfort, you are on the healing path and travel should not be a problem.
Since sunlight is an important source of vitamin D I was say sit in it as soon as your done. I'm not a dentists but I cant see how sunlight could hurt you after getting a wisdom tooth pulled. I think its more important to rest and allow your body take some vitamin C and while your at it go ahead and get some D's in the sunlight :)
