No, I'm not being facetious. A question like this tends to indicate an agenda, but the agenda depends on the asker. If you're a parent that schedules your kids life to the degree that you need to plan for "relaxation time", they are definitely overworked. On the other hand, if you're a kid angling for more relaxation, the fact that you have time to use WikiAnswers to formulate arguments for extending your leisure means you have too much leisure already.
