If an ultrasound determined that you are 8 weeks and 1 day on April 23 2008 is it possible that you conceived on Feb 29 2008?

If you measured 8weeks 1 day on the 23rd April, that means your LMP was around the 26th February. You would have concieved around 14 days/ 2 weeks after your period, ie when you were ovulating.
Conception dates would have been 11th March. Accuracy of ultrasounds at 8 weeks is extremely high, plus or minus three days. To be on safe side you lets say likely conception will have been 8th March to 14th March.
I think its highly unlikely you concieved 29th February, only three days after your LMP>

∙ 14y agoYes, though conception can occur at irregular times during a cycle. Typically, two weeks into your cycle you are able to conceive. Your due date is calculated based on the date your last period ended (because it is impossible to determine precise conception dates), therefore a woman at 7 weeks 5 days conceived approximately 5 weeks 5 days ago. Fetal measurements can also be off for your specific child, though.

You slept with someone on April 11th and on April 15 took a pregnancy test and it was positive April 24th you had an ultrasound and you were 6wks So doesnt this mean you conceived in march?
Yes. Your baby was on his/her way before April 11. If you're 6 weeks pregnant, you conceived around 4 wks ago (doctors start counting weeks from your last period). BUT it still isn't April 24...

Yes, that is possible. You can still have a period while pregnant, thought it usually looks like spotting or gets lighter. You could have also conceived while on your period. I hope I helped!

Based on you're due date you most likely conceived april, 13 2009. If you had an early ultrasound in you're first trimester then you're due date is pretty accurate.

You must have conceived around April or May. I would say around the 3rd April. I say this as I am due the 9th January, and when I originally went to my Dr. she gave me the 18th off my LMP. The Sonographer at my ultrasound said my LMP did not match up with my baby measurements, so I expected a further date. She said I had been GESTATING for 10 weeks and three days. I had sex on the 3rd April, and then the 20th, so this is why I expected a further date. When I counted back 40 weeks from the EDD the sonographer agreed with me that I must have conceived around the 3rd April, and that my "period" may have been implantation.
