NO YOU CANT! UNDER THE LAWS IN THE UNITED STATES YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE TO MOVE OUT OF YOUR PARENTS HOUSE. UNLESS YOU HAVE THERE APPORVAL TO MOVE! CAUSE THE PARENTS ARE LIABLE FOR YOUR DOINGS.
