Can you watch YouTube videos on the Vita?

The Vita's web browser does not support Flash and therefore cannot play YouTube videos. At this time there are no plans to have a separate YouTube app made for it.

UPDATE: There is now a Youtube app available for the PS Vita, and it looks great on the 5 Inch screen. You can watch videos in HD, but a thing to keep in mind is that the video is being displayed in 720p on a 540p screen, so it is basically a downscaled resolution.

You are able to watch movies on the PS Vita, but at this time the only ways to do so are to purchase them through the PSN video store or to use a USB cord to port one over from your computer. Besides PSN, there is no easy way to get movies yet.
