Yes, but before that they belong to the CTW or childrens television workshop previously under the childrens television show Batibot. They have a brother called Pong Pagong (Pong the Turtle) which is a little screw loose so he is not included in the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series.
Yes:
Leonardo had a crush on Lotus Blossum who was from the 1987 series. She was a Ninja-just like Leonardo, and he fell for her when she defeated him in battle after she left her trade mark Lotus flower prior to vanishing mysteriously. Her equally skilled Ninja maneuvers won his heart, and there are two episodes in which she is featured titled 'Beware the Lotus' and 'Farewell, Lotus Blossum'
Donatello never had a crush persay, but did, however, did have a "first-grader's crush" relationship with Venus de Milo (Mei Pei Chi) back in Ninja Turtles: The Next Mutation (1997), where Venus and Donnie would always fight over which was dominant: magic or science.
Michelangelo had a huge crush on Kala the Neutrino from Dimension X in the old 80's cartoon, and he would always blush every time he was either with her, or when her name popped up in conversation. Though Michelangelo portrayed in this era the stereotypical "harmone-raging teenager" and had many crushes, his most profound and strongest crush was that on Kala.
Last but not least, Raphael had a crush on the everso flirtatious Mona Lisa after meeting aboard McDonald's cruise ship during the episode 'Raphael Meets his Match'. Mona initially used Raph as a ploy to get on board the ship to stop the Captain, Filch, from doing unto others what he had done to her: which was cause a mass mutation to her genetics-turning her from a normal, college girl to a mutant lizard. As she tells this story, Raphael tries to reassure her and states that she is "kinda...cute". Hence the title, Raphael is smittened by Mona's outgoing, 'cute' personality and is nearly heartbroken towards the very end of the episode: thinking that he'll never see her again. That is, until she walks in delivering pizzas to the lair for Raph and his brothers. Even though there is only one episode featuring Mona Lisa, it is clear (to most fans of the show) that these two still share a bond and a love that does not require future featuring in episodes to come.
So, in short-the crushes of the turtles are:
Leonardo & Lotus Blossum,
Donatello & Venus de Milo,
Michelangelo & Kala,
and Raphael & Mona Lisa.
I asked this question and I see a bit of a bond between Leonardo and Rapheal, but Donatello is probably straight. Science comes in too like mating season, but I don't know. please answer acurately
Yes they did. They were normal turtles before. They were born in the sand like all turtles, they simply fell into radioactive material transforming them and a rat.

Being gay is not an illness, so it has no cure. It is a natural, healthy, sexual orientation.
