Yes, but before that they belong to the CTW or childrens television workshop previously under the childrens television show Batibot. They have a brother called Pong Pagong (Pong the Turtle) which is a little screw loose so he is not included in the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series.

She was a Ninja-just like Leonardo, and he fell for her when she defeated him in battle after she left her trade mark Lotus flower prior to vanishing mysteriously. Her equally skilled Ninja maneuvers won his heart, and there are two episodes in which she is featured titled 'Beware the Lotus' and 'Farewell, Lotus Blossum'

Donatello never had a crush persay, but did, however, did have a "first-grader's crush" relationship with Venus de Milo (Mei Pei Chi) back in Ninja Turtles: The Next Mutation (1997), where Venus and Donnie would always fight over which was dominant: magic or science.

Michelangelo had a huge crush on Kala the Neutrino from Dimension X in the old 80's cartoon, and he would always blush every time he was either with her, or when her name popped up in conversation. That is, until she walks in delivering pizzas to the lair for Raph and his brothers. Even though there is only one episode featuring Mona Lisa, it is clear (to most fans of the show) that these two still share a bond and a love that does not require future featuring in episodes to come.
