i think by stocking up on sitrus berry's the gold berry's you find in buried relic just don't give it 2 your Pokemon when half of it's hp is gone because it will work like a oran berry.your Pokemon's hp only goes up by 2 when it's belly is full. i know this because i have a lv 100 growlithe named greg and his hp is 453/453..veronica
