Here are the Universal Codes & Instruction for the Sentry RMC10 Jumbo Remote:

It is in PDF format, so you would need the Adobe Reader (http://www.adobe.com), or other alternatives such as (the Foxit Reader, which can be obtained from http://www.foxitsoftware.com) in order to open it.
As far as entering the code goes, it shouldn't be that hard to program if you follow the instructions.
A brief synopsis on how to do it is as following:
1. Manually turn on your device. (TV, VCR, DVD, etc...)
2. Press & hold the "Code Search" button until the red light stays on. Release that button once the red light stays on.
3. Next press the device that you are trying to program on the universal remote, i.e. TV, VCR, DVD, etc...
4. Enter in the first code listed. The "Code Search" red light button will turn off once your code is enter.
5. Now test your device to see if the code works or not. If not, repeat steps 2 through 4 all over again until you can successfully operate your device. If none of the code works, then you have to look at the instructions and follow through with what they say.
If that still doesn't work, then it could be that your device is not supported.

Good luck. This stuff should be self-explanatory. If you don't know how to operate your universal remote, then just keep trying. You can't learn anything if you're not willing to face the trials & errors. Successful people never give up.

As Protechnik is not a recoginzed national brand (it has been linked to 'white van' back-door sales), you are unlikely to get any universal remote control that has codes for these products. Even Logitech, who maintain the largest database of infrared codes of any remote manufacturer, do not list them. Your only hope is to use a 'learning' remote control that can learn the codes from the original remote that you got with the unit.... They did give you a remote, didn't they?
Philips universal remote controls can operate audio and video devices of any brands. You have to enter the code of the device in the universal remote control. The codes are usually found in the manual or you can search through the library of codes by using the Code Search button of the remote.
To program a Symphonic TV with an RCA RCR-612 universal remote, there are four codes which you can try. Those codes are 1033, 1038, 1046, and 1047. To try the codes, press and hold the TV button on the universal remote. After you enter the fourth digit, the power light will turn on. Once the light is on, release the TV key. If the power light turns off, you have the correct code and can now use the remote. If the light blinks, it isn't the right code and you need to repeat the procedure until you find the right code for your particular TV.
If you are a DirecTV or Cox subscriber, you may sync a universal remote to your television using code 1548 or 11548. Please contact your cable carrier or the universal remote control manufacturer for assistance. http://www.cobyusa.com/?p=faq This code works on my Comcast remote for my Coby TV: 11265
