Filler episodes are episodes that give the manga a chance to get a head. They tend to be annoying and off-plot. Some series such as Full Metal Alchemist start with a filler to give background on characters and give some plot, but had nothing to do with the overall plot.
In "Zero no Tsukaima," the filler episodes are primarily found in Season 2. Specifically, episodes 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 are considered filler, as they do not directly contribute to the main storyline from the light novels. These episodes focus on side stories and character development that diverge from the central plot. The rest of the episodes primarily adapt the source material.

Each season has 10 episodes. I love it when shows have a symmetry like that.
Weekday shows are new episodes
Yes. For episodes you use quotation marks; for TV shows you underline or italicize.
Never. If you want to avoid fillers I suggest reading the manga, it's to the point and has no fillers.
The Bount saga.

They didn't; they simply added fillers in between the Arc. They'll show it once the fillers end which should be by the end of February.
yh about episodes, er..., 40-44 and episodes 64-71 are good. other than fillers, they are good.
Those fillers end with episode 151.
Nope. If theres 30 fillers episodes, that's 30 weeks (at least) of waiting and 900 minutes wasted watching the fillers (30 episodes x 30 minutes each). While if you read the manga then you will be completely caught up with maybe a filler (a joke) chapter once a year.
on http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0813715/episodes it shows that there are 23 episodes

No. As of January 2017, there aren't any old Nick shows returning with new episodes.
The Game show network shows previous episodes of the wheel of fortune show from earlier in the shows history that were not erased as were most of the early daytime shows. They never show the current program year's episodes
