∙ 12y agoThe ncis stands for naval criminal investigative service. They investigate all criminal cases where the victim is a navy or marine corps person or his family. Usual cases include murder, kidnap, terror attack etc. the tv series ncis shows a fictional team of ncis agents solve crimes.
