Shawn's mom is the only one who could have known where Shawn and Abigales first date was going to be; She is also the only one who could have put the car bomb in her car in the episode "An evening with Mr. Yang." the only problem with this is that yin is clearly a white male so it cant be his mom. you can clearly see this at the end of the episode when yin removes his fedora.
