Its the Fruits Basket ending theme. It's called "Chiisana Inori", or in English "Small Prayer". The Japanese version is sung by Ritsuko Okazaki, the same woman who sang the opening theme called "For Fruits Basket". The English version is sung by Laura Bailey, the voice of Tohru Honda in the English version. I'm not sure about any other versions.

Many people are under the impression the opening theme is sung by Tohru's English voice actor, Laura Bailey, which is not true. However, Tohru's voice actor does sing the first ending theme!
