Where can you find Black Butler episodes?

Black Butler's anime series has ended its initial 24-episode run, but it has been licensed in North America by Funimation. More information is available on its release (including possible episodes) on their website, included in the Related Links section of this Answer.

You can't buy it yet outside of Japan. Your only option to purchase it would be to import it from Japan. Funimation is working on getting it released in America too though, so you could check for updates at their site.

If you want it now and don't necessarily feel the need to pay, you could always download/torrent the subbed episodes (or raws, if you speak Japanese.)

Black Butler seasons 1 and 2, and the OVAs included with them are available for purchase on DVD and BluRay; with the option for dubbed versions. They can also be found on Funimation, and are occasionally available on Netflix.
